VIDEO – SHORT ONE – A CHUCK GRASSLEY “TOWN HALL” MEETING – 80-YEAR OLD GUY – WANTS TO TOTE A GUN TO WASHINGTON!

With videos on YouTube like the one below, it makes blogging a whole lot easier.  Heck, it makes blogging almost pain-free as far as writing anything.

The YouTube video below – about 6 minutes in length – was taken at a recent Chuck Grassley (Repub U.S. Senator) town hall meeting in Pocahontas, Iowa.

An 80-year World War II veteran is standing up in front and spouting off about going to Washington with a gun, if anyone else will join him.  He also refers to Obama as a little Hitler.

Grassley just shrugs it off and responds by saying that people are seeing so much money being spent by the Government for bailouts and what not that they’re just afraid of the government taking control of everything.

The video also features a woman in a wheelchair who mentions something about a two-year wait for medical treatment and Grassley gives her a canned reply about that subject not having been before his committee.

You can gather from this video that the last thing Chuck Grassley would want to see enacted is healthcare legislation that contains a “Public Option.”
