Ann Minch of Red Bluff, California, formerly a Bank of America customer, finally had enough and refused to continue to pay on her Bank of America credit account after BofA raised her monthly interest rate (APR) to 30%. She regularly made her $130 monthly payments on a credit card balance of several thousand. She never missed a payment.
