Ann Minch triumphs over Bank of America. She reports in her second YouTube video that she received a phone call from a Mr. Crawford, Vice President of Credit Card Accounts, regarding her unfortunate credit card situation (her credit card rate was raised to 30% in July By Bank of America). Because of her initial YouTube video she was able to have Mr. Crawford lower her credit card rate down to 12.99%. The second YouTube video shows that Ms. Minch is only beginning as she announces an upcoming website going by the name of “Debtor’s Revolt” enabling her to wage a campaign against financial institutions and their predatory ways.
The video is approximately 6-minutes long.

I have had a nightmarish experience with U.S. Bank this past Spring. Frankly, I’m considering making a YouTube video like Ann Minch and just flat-out “pitch-a-bitch” at U.S. Bank in hopes of garnering some support at curbing their predatory excesses (overdraft fees!).
This is all happening as Michael Moore premieres his new film – “Capitalism – A Love Story” in October.
Things can’t remain the same as they are now. “We The People” is not just an empty phrase. Capitalism/Corporatism must go and it’s methods of ill-gotten gains relegated to the dust bin of history!
