“WILLARD” MITT ROMNEY + THE GOP – NO LOVE LOST BETWEEN THEM AS MORE AND MORE OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY ARE PREPARED TO CONCEDE THIS ELECTION

Nobody in the Republican establishment really “expects” “Willard” Mitt Romney to win the White House this coming November.

Virtually no one in the Republican establishment likes him, wants him or can even stand or abide him.

.

.

This, in turn, has publicly and prominently manifested itself in the vociferous chorus of comments on the part of a good chunk of the Republican establishment who are openly chiding Willard Boy for his refusal to release all of his tax returns.

.

Hell, even George Will, William Kristol/The Weekly Standard, The National Review (online), as well as former RNC Chairmen – Haley Barbour and Michael Steele, Texas Governor Rick Perry, Republican Congressman Ron Paul have all called for Willard Boy to release ALL of his (including the 2011) tax returns.  But perhaps the most stinging (not “ringing”) endorsement would seem to emanate from the 2008 GOP presidential candidate, John McCain, who explained on Tuesday that he picked Sarah Palin as his vice presidential running mate because she was the best candidate for the job even though Romney had been on McCain’s veep list

The only thing keeping Willard Boy “upright” is the colossal sums of money (Big Jim Fisk, Daddy Warbucks style-money) coming his way.

.

Willard Boy is on the ropes and most political insiders are coming to that conclusion.  Yes, Karl Rove and the “Dark Side” thug-nuts on the right-wing are going to disenfranchise (I.D. cards), vaporize (touch screen voting machines) and euthanize (drop from the voting records) all they can between now and November 6th.  But with that being said the road that lies ahead for Mr. Romney in his quest for the White House remains very daunting, to say the least.

We also know, however, that when a rat gets cornered it can turn out to be a horrific experience.  So, if you think it’s been bad up till now, well friends, the show has only just begun.

I need only mention the comments made just yesterday by former New Hampshire Governor and Bush Cabinet Member and currently one of Romney’s chief surrogates – John Sununu.  Mr. Sununu – while calling into question the Obama Administration’s assertion that  the success of the American businessman was in large part due to the infrastructure of this country – countered by remarking:  “It is the American way, and I wish this president would learn how to be an American.“

Willard is an absolute rat with a boatload of money.  What do you think – in your heart of hearts – that combination will lead to?  Don’t bother to reply – we all know, deep down.  Welcome to the graveyard of American political “discourse”.
