We have a roaring economy — (uhhh, a snoring one, huh?)  —  a puny “2.0” GDP/gross domestic product for the last 3 quarters — that’s “anemic”, not roaring!

A raging stock market — oops – it dropped over 800-points today.

Something about a coronavirus spreading worldwide.

But, Virginia interjects, we have such low unemployment – 3.5%.

Oh, yes – people are working – but @ 2 or more jobs – or 1 job & barely scraping by.

Yes, wages are going “up” –> but compared to 1977 rates (& factoring in inflation).

Most hourly folk aren’t really that much better off than they were back then.

The Chinese are most likely just stalling for time until Trump gets dumped from office.
