JOHN BOEHNER SAYS SINCE HE AIN’T NO SCIENTIST – HE AIN’T GONNA COMMENT ON GLO BAL WARMING!

John Boehner (& the rest of the GOP) now have pivoted to the position that since they are not scientists, they will have NO comment on Global Warming.  How Special!

Let’s just highlight one case in point to see the very real stark consequence of such an approach.  The City of Norfolk, Virginia is the LARGEST naval base in the world.  Estimates are that given the current increase in the world’s temperature – DUE TO GLOBAL WARMING – the city of Norfolk will see ocean  levels rise by 5-1/2 feet by the end of this century.

The Washington Mall will be under water.  Baltimore and Washington will be largely covered with ocean water.

.

The Party of Denial will bring about the overflowing of the “Nile” all up and down the East Coast of this country.  But Johnny Boy Boehner will be safely interred back in Cincinnati, Ohio well before this ever happens – with his tan perfectly intact.  Hey, folks – there are other much more pressing matters at hand, i.e., Benghazi and the VA scandal.  Please excuse me, I’m on my way to the next watering hole for an all-important fundraiser.

I guess we can only conclude that Boehner Boy can also conjecture that he is also not a political scientist and so therefore he has no thoughts on politics in general – just pork-barrel matters and raw, naked power.  After all, why bother to remain Speaker of the House while at the same time spending little or no time working on legislation or even being in session and not even bothering to bring things up for a vote UNLESS there is a MAJORITY of support within your own party (GOP) – even though there might be overall support (DEMS) in the House chamber to pass legislation.

Goddamn you Boehner and all of your ilk.  I can categorically say that you will go down in history as the last GOP leader of ANYTHING, for the White House will remain off-limits for any Republican and once the House reverts back to Democratic control it will stay that way and while you might entertain thoughts of retaking the U.S. Senate – as they say in New York, “Forget About It”!

Unless you’ve been living under a rock these last 14 years what has transpired across this country is the second coming of the Dark Ages. Thank God we had the Irish monasteries preserving what was left of recorded human history by hand in the 8th and 9th centuries.
.
A stolen election in 2000 brought us the Infant King (George “W”) who promptly proceeded to foist a colossally disastrous bogus military adventure upon this country (Iraq) and the die was really cast from that point on. What followed was political license to do virtually anything to tear down the level of human thought.

The Republican party is a virtual sink hole – whose bottom has collapsed. They continue to exist only as a shell propped up by Dark Money from powerful Dark Knights.

Jeb Bush has been touted as the savior to bring the GOP back to power but his party is so ensnared and entangled with the devil – reality-free freaks – that redemption is not in the cards.
.
All one can conclude is that the End Game from all of this GOP kabuki drama is to install a DMZ zone ala North Korea and have a permanent stalemate to – in effect – freeze or outright guaranty progress of such slow movement as to usher in an Age of Paralysis.
.
The mighty few will eventually win out at the expense of the vast majority. It’s Thermopylae pass redux. A small contingent of entrenched interests single-handedly holding back everyone else from ever attaining a society that befits the humanity we are all born with.
.
Memo to Jeb Bush, you’d be better off doing a Ross Perot and forming a 3rd party and then running on an open platform that is fueled by the average donor, a la 2008 Barack Obama. Otherwise, you and anyone else running for the White House is sailing on the Titanic heading straight for a massive ice berg.

Say bye-bye to the White House, GOP!  America is passing you by.  Your party is now the party of “deniers”.  There’s not much you haven’t denied these days.  And now science is  included among your targets of denial. It’s bad enough that you won’t pass any sort of immigration reform legislation to take advantage of the huge numbers of eligible Latino voters.  Now you’re taking on science.

Well, amigos – guess what.  You’ve got a formidable foil to deal with now.  Billionaire venture capitalist Tom Steyer.  His group is planning on spending $100-million in seven different states this year, going after science “deniers” (aka, GOPers).

All one can say is, gentlemen, bend over, grab your ankles and take one for the team!  Suicide was a national trait in Japan in years past.  It seems it has also made serious inroads in the GOP – (“Goofy Old People”).

We’ve gone from a Titan with Polio to RoadKill GOP/Tea Party Presidential Candidates Wannabees.  Perhaps these bozos should be required to strap on the old metal braces and then go out and barnstorm the country.  Then let’s just see how much “starch” they have remaining in them at the end.

The GOP  is really all about obliterating any and all vestiges of this man – Franklin Delano Roosevelt.  Ronald Reagan couldn’t even carry his jock strap.
